I can find EdgeTX document from https://manual.edgetx.org. Does EdgeTX project provide documents in PDF format?

We don't, but maybe this could be an option: https://github.com/lufengd3/htmlbook2pdf

I'll find the link to it shortly, but gitbook natively has a PDF option.

Don't ask my why it doesn't show on the front page, but if you go into most sub-pages of the manual, you'll get a sidebar on the right, with an "Export as PDF" option. When you click that, it will take you to another page, which previews the current section, but you have an option at the bottom left of "All Pages" (which also lets you go back to "Only this page" after selecting "All Pages"), and then you can use the Print icon the the upper right to use your web browsers "Save as PDF" capability.
