[Feature] Enable Steam Deck Back Grip Buttons #192

Hello!
Since JSM is now on SDL 3, there might be an opportunity to support all kinds of side and back grips, whilst still having them be LSL,LSR, RSL and RSR.
This might require using the SDL_HINT_JOYSTICK_HIDAPI_STEAMDECK flag.
I really want to set the back left grip to the Windows/Super key like the default Steam Deck config from Steam, but without all of Steam's loading and overhead.
If someone enables this flag and makes a pull request, I will test it. Please @ me on here if so.
