We've seen hosts and helpers come in and out of the book club.

It might be helpful to write down the tasks required to host and run a book club meeting (particularly as we add new responsibilities like recording meetings, creating the next Discord event entry, etc.). With the tasks documented, more people could step up to host and help maintain consistency in the group.
