[Feature] Add an "exclude" feature to the tags #165

I use lots of tags for my projects, and I like how this plugin lets me toggle their visibilities. However, I usually have two or more tags for nodes, and that tends to cause conflict. For example, if I have a characters, heroes and villains tag, and I don't want to see the villain nodes, turning off the villains tag won't work, because they still have the characters tag. So I think it'd be nice to be able to more properly say "exclude any nodes with this tag".
Describe the solution you'd like
An option similar to the already existing tag selector would be perfect, just for exclusion instead of inclusion.
Describe alternatives you've considered
Well, there isn't really much other ways I could do this, other than stripping my nodes of all but one tag so they won't be affected by the others, which I can't because I need them to organise my stuff better.
