What about making the label always float?

I think it is very useful to add an option to make the label always float. This way, the label and the placeholder of the text field will both be shown at the same time. The floating label can tell the user what should be input here (First name, last name, your motto etc.) and the placeholder can show constraints and other not so important stuff (max 5 characters, optional, do not leave blank etc).
