Modifications for a better responsiveness.

In TOCBar.astro, I made that slight change to hide the TOC as it's useless to have the dynamic TOC displayed at the bottom of the article:
<div id="toc-container" class="hidden md:block mt-4 z-10 md:max-h-[calc(100vh-2rem)]">

I'd also suggest changing the Search form so that it gets smaller on sm/md screens: the button is taking too much place, and the input text is too big on small screens. But for that, I couldn't find how to do it (at best, I was able to reduce the height of the input field with:
class="... md:h-[24px] lg:h-[36px]"
...making the form ugly.
