Investigate open report slowness in ios for Jasons account

Here @JmillsExpensify shared some profile traces and onyx state for when opening reports from the Inbox on ios, using most recent mode. There was a clear lag in opening the report after the row was clicked

We have a list of efforts that will reduce the slowness reported by Jason and improve general App's performance:

• Postpone FastSearch generation to reduce Show modal open time #62953 (awaiting deployment to Staging)
• perf: transactions and violations by reports derived value #63655 (PR was reverted but we are working on bringing it back again)
• perf: bottom bar switching and search #64995
• perf: improve finding matching keys in subscription react-native-onyx#645
• perf: speed up cache read in useOnyx react-native-onyx#647
• Replace old value after null merges in nested properties when batching merges/updates react-native-onyx#620 (some changes here like removal of removeNestedValues and refactoring of removeNestedNullValues will benefit general Onyx timings)
• Refactor removeNestedNullValues to be performant react-native-onyx#652

We also have 3 internal tickets in our backlogs related to improvements to Critical Viral Path and TransactionItemRow component, which we will have proposals ready soon.
