Improve feed message

1. When feed Discord notifications are received from mobile, the title does not show because it is written inside the container component. Options:

• Move title to outside the container component.
• Send with title outside, then edit it to inside the container if first option looks ugly

2. Convert HTML formatting syntax to markdown.

3. Truncate long descriptions.
