bug when updating keyed save data entries

currently, the server GlobalWaterLevelModifier seems to take a while to get updated.

Ok, it seems to be some multithreading issue where the value keeps alternating until a race condition decides a value is the winner. Not sure how to fix this or if it affects any other save data fields.

Yeah, I think it's an issue where both the server's SaveDataObserver.Update thread and the for the server client-specific DeserializeAndProcess thread can't agree on what the value of the keyed change should be.

seems the best solution would be to modify KeyedChanges and ListChanges with the entries processed in the DeserializeAndProcess(byte[] bytes) method

Ok, for now I just disabled sending save data updates from the server to client, since the GetSaveDataUpdate(Guid uuid) method of MultiplayerServerNetcode is planned to prevent sending the same save data updates back to the player that sent the changes

Ok, I thought I fixed it, but idk why it doesn't work

it seems to update all the save fields properly for when there's only 1 player now, but when there's more than one player it bugs out and doesn't seem to update the same field more than once. I'd appreciate some help debugging this problem
