NGSI-LD Swagger Specification not available #17

when opening https://swagger.lab.fiware.org/?url=https://raw.githubusercontent.com/FIWARE/specifications/master/OpenAPI/ngsi-ld/full_api.json in a browser, I get the following message:

I am expecting to see a Swagger page with the API Specification. I tried this on Chrome and on Edge.
