I can reproduce the issue with mode 6 with a particular mouse. If I use a different mouse, it works as intended. Do you have a different mouse to try with?

I think this is an issue with the base libuiohook project which is what YMouse uses to handle keyboard and mouse. I will investigate.

You're correct. Right now, it is 33 milliseconds repeat rate with no way to change it. I will work on adding a box to change this.

although it does not relate to the topic, there are a few more bugs: perhaps the right and middle mouse buttons are confused({MMB} right)({RMB} middle), if you change the settings "block original mouse input" or/and "randomize auto repeat delay" without changing other values, then the OK button will not be available. The program also works only inside the interface itself, perhaps this is because of kde+wayland, not mouse (what kind of graphical environment do you use)

I've found out that there is a big issue on Linux that prevents YMouse from suppressing the original mouse click. This is the reason why mode 6 does not work.

The original mouse button needs to be suppressed when using mode 6 which is not possible. I will update the README with this information.

Try X11. Wayland does not allow programs to query the active window which causes weird behavior.

It is not possible. It is not a permissions issue. Wayland does not give the capability for a program to query the window that is receiving keyboard input. This feature needs to be implemented by the desktop environment (gnome, kde, etc.). Gnome and KDE have not bothered adding this support as of yet.

Unfortunately, mouse simulation on Linux is less than desirable because we cannot suppress the original mouse button action. This restriction makes it so mouse simulation only works when you are moving your mouse. Watch the video:
