saving profiles doesn't work

all buttons are set back to 'Do not intercept' after you restart the app.
Clicking Apply and Save Profile doesn't help.

I'm using this program to disable MOUSE4 and MOUSE5 (the side buttons) from triggering Forward and Backward actions, by setting them to 'Simulated keys'. This workes flawlessly, but doesn't persist between app restarts.
