Can GameMode be supported on Android?

I'm using Winlator on my phone as a alternative to SteamDeck because, SteamDeck is not cheaper in another countrys. I know Android Linux Kernels have them overclocked builds by fans, but my dont, so would be cool if this was more as "prof of concept" anyways
