[Feature] Add `setPosition()` to set the video to a certain position

Hello,

Like the name says in the title, I would like for you to add a setPosition() feature that llows you to set the video player to a certain position and aswell as to get the current player position.
It can be in milliseconds, seconds, or anything, and aswell if possible, setFrame().
