Right-click -> copy as data URI?

Yeah, I can see some potential here, but it needs some more love :)

1. Make a "copy as data URI" or somilar, in the context menu on the left pane, but of course only on resources for which it makes sense (like images and fonts).
2. The same for images in the html. It might be tricky to resolve relative urls, but it can be done for static html. But of course only when the caret is at an image.
3. And the same for images in css.

Here are great ideas !

I just did it for the project tree, you can test it here : https://github.com/FloValence/brackets-ImageToData/tree/convertFromProjectTree

With that installed you can see "Convert into Data URI" in the context menu when right clicking an image in the project tree. I have to clean the code a bit before merge it.

The 2) and 3) are trickier, but I will have a look.
