Describe the bug

The chatbot responded with the following message, when I tried to upload the attached PDF file.

Unable to upload documents

And the process stopped.

To Reproduce

  1. Go to an Agent under Agentflows.
  2. Open the chatbot
  3. Attach the attached PDF file, type in my prompt
  4. Click the "Go" arrow.
  5. The chatbot returns "Unable to upload documents" and stops processing

Expected behavior

The agent correctly parse the PDF file.
