Describe the bug
The chatbot responded with the following message, when I tried to upload the attached PDF file.
Unable to upload documents
And the process stopped.

To Reproduce
- Go to an Agent under Agentflows.
- Open the chatbot
- Attach the attached PDF file, type in my prompt
- Click the "Go" arrow.
- The chatbot returns "Unable to upload documents" and stops processing
Expected behavior
The agent correctly parse the PDF file.
