Display Dragged Events on Weekly Time Grid

Feature description

When dragging events in the weekly view, it would be nice to have something indicate where the event will end up (I can imagine a ghost event, or a line snapped to the time grid, or even just the start/end times highlighted)

When dragging events in the weekly view (especially long events), it can be difficult to tell where they'll end up

I like how Google Calendar does it. It forces discreet 15-minute steps instead of free-floating and displays the selected start time between the hours on the sidebar.

Yeah, currently it is very confusing, inconsistent even:

1. You would think the item would stick where it currently is when releasing, but in fact, the position of your finger seems to be the spot where the new start of the item is set. So, if you drag a multi-hour event by placing your finger in the middle of it, you'll have to drag the top part of the item to before you actually want the event to begin. Very strange.
2. BUT this is not always the case: if you only move the event an hour or so and you're at the bottom of your screen, then it tends to ignore your finger's position and place it e.g. an hour or two before the position of your finger, rendering it entirely unreliable.
