Feature Request: Automated Testing with GitHub Actions

I am requesting a feature for our repository that enables automated testing with GitHub Actions.
Specifically, we would like to automatically run tests whenever a pull request is submitted, in order to ensure the reliability and quality of our code.

This feature should include the following:
1.A script to automatically check out and build our code.
2.Scripts to run different types of tests, including unit tests, integration tests, and end-to-end tests.
3.A script to report test results in a clear and organized manner.
