User configurable wait time

We use a two-factor authentication system on our Radius server that creates a notification to accept on a phone app. This means the server doesn't get back to the client before that user interaction happened (or a long timeout).

This triggers the 5 second wait time that is hardcoded in the module. It would be nice if that parameter was configurable.
