Bug with out-of-the-box experience?

I wanted to try the out-of-the-box experience so I renamed my Sharpsite.Web/plugins folder to start fresh. But after entering a name for the site and pressing next, the following error occurs in step2.

InvalidOperationException: Cannot provide a value for property 'FileStorage' on type 'SharpSite.Web.Components.Startup.Step2'. There is no registered service of type 'SharpSite.Abstractions.FileStorage.IHandleFileStorage'.

Maybe it's just me, could someone else try to reproduce?

I tested on branch v0.7 and I'm up to date with upstream/v0.7.
