Gemfile only works with Linux systems

Gemfile for installing plugin fails in Windows installations - cp and if keywords are linux specific.

Manual workaround for Windows installations:

1. Copy/Git files to redmine/htdocs/plugins/ folder. This will result in a folder fedmine.
2. Copy the fedmine folder files to redmine/htdocs/public/themes/ folder. (Yes, same thing in both places)
3. bundle exec rake redmine:plugins NAME=fedmine RAILS_ENV=production

You will get two error messages about bad commands, but it will install.

Hi, thanks for reporting the issue. But, I am not actively maintaining this repository. You are welcome to fix the issue and create a pull request.
