More features for auto-refresh and LIVE

The LIVE-feature by Skinport and BetterFloat's auto-refresh could be enhanced with many more features to reduce the amount of required attention in order to find good deals. Nevertheless, BetterFloat will refrain from botting or auto-purchasing as such functionality is prohibited by the site's TOS and is very likely to lead to account bans.

Possible features:

• notifications if a good deal has been detected/pops up
• notifications if a watchlisted item has been detected/pops up. First, a watchlist has to be defined though, which should happen through the extension popup or a popup on the site.

Notification features could be done for example via browser notifications (see: https://developer.chrome.com/docs/extensions/mv3/user_interface/#notifications) or a Discord bot.

Interesting! I'd still argue that it's not even worth getting into that grey zone when simple Python bots have massive competitive advantages over us in terms of latency anyway.
