Any plan to upgrade ESLint to v9?

First of all, congratulations! This is a great project, and thanks for open-sourcing it. I was wondering if you have any plans to upgrade ESLint to the latest version 9?

I don't have mid-term goals on migrating yet. Although I've done it for other projects, the migration is a bit time-consuming.

I'd appreciate a hand on it. Feel free to open a PR!
