Consistant Extreme Lag

I found the lag in this mod to be extremely gamebreaking. I have plenty enough ram for this, but I can barely even trun my camera with this mod, because it freezes and stutters all the time, and it makes it super hard to do anything. The lag is also consistant and never stops, I have a 200hz REFRESH RATE Moniter, but I only get 5 to 2 fps while playing this mod.
