Terrain Gaps at specific point creating conflict with Scatterer and TUFX HDR #158

So I've been testing an issue for a bit today I found combining Astronomers visuals with dependencies and this mod create a interesting result when enabling HDR in TUFX in conjunction with Scatterers water refractions and transparency sometimes on high load conditions or after a lot of messing around it gets really bad.

First, with the mods causing the issue, Parallax and Scatterer, Parallax is opening up holes not to easily visible but still there (this will come in later) underwater and on the islands with the runway and adding KSC modifications creates lighting glitches at night the Square the KSC sits on develops a black and grass checker pattern akin to missing textures.

Second, Enabling TUFX HDR settings will make those holes become as I call it "Bright" Black and on extreme loads Scatterers underwater refractions break and start creating an exponential bloom effect that scrolls downwards and out of the region around but does the whole self layering thing like your putting dye in milk expect its that weird non texture you get outside a Half Life level.

After doing something idk what the issue is less prevalent it doesn't blow up the ocean with dark blue.
