Make specific gas constant function of moisture #2
Description
The hypsometric equation (calculation of atmospheric geometric thickness) currently assumes the specific gas constant R, to be a constant with the value 0.034164.
This should be a function of q, and the difference in both these estimates is especially visible in the lower layers, where moisture is more abundant.
