Integrate Filecoin pinning backend #27
Description
When pinning Ceramic docs on our own nodes (#24), the next step is to use Filecoin as a pinning backend. This appears to be available in js-ceramic using Textile's Powergate.
Infrastructure
I believe we can run a set of js-ceramic nodes alongside some Powergate nodes. Textile is looking into having hosted nodes as well that we could consider.
Funding
For testnet, we could offer to pin all content for free on behalf of users. How can we use funds from a DAO to do this? We could potentially hold/buy renFIL in a DAO on the Ethereum network and use the CodeFi DeFi Bridge to convert renFIL to FIL and send it to dedicated FIL wallets that are used by our Powergate node(s). We could make these wallets visible via the DAO to show transparently where these funds are going.
