Use new config 'required' stuff to download lang files etc

Is it possible to basically do what the title says? (and potentially use it for future things we wanna add, like libraries)

Not from here directly (app needs to be in same app store, further resource/library downloading doesn't work from arbitrary urls), but I was planning for the installer to download languages as well (that's why I asked you to add them to the release, you should still be able to modify it). I'd like to try make some fancy/hacky (we'll see how it ends up) cross-comunication with the installer to load the languages.
