Make Registration Forms customizable in the Admin

Desired functionality

For each semester + course combination it should be possible to change the form fields of the registration form.
Currently these are all hardcoded, which is an absolute nightmare for the course as we can't even update the timeslots.

I think maintainability-wise, it's way better to just make the changes by updating the site.
Changing the timeslots is a really minor change and can be released within minutes (because the scheme is so simple). Working with a dynamic ORM can really be a pain in the ass, as you can for example see in the questionnaires.
