Add CI. Generate pdfs. #5
Description
On each commit that changes .md files (except README) should be generated pdf (with pdf outlines - headings):
- Use https://github.com/marp-team/marp-cli
- Add to the name of pdf number of commit/pipeline as suffix
- CI should be triggered on PRs and master branch
- If commit reached master branch CI should trigger generation of all pdfs and auto publication to Github Releases
Optionally:
- Add russian spell check linter
