.

Impact
Low - 1 Person or inconvenient.
Medium - 3+ Persons or major work degredation.
High - Work Stoppage

Urgency
Planning - Best Effort
Low - Next Business Day
Medium - Same Day Support
High - Immediate Support

Type
Request - Support, Not Broken or New.
Maintenance - Support, Routine Work.
Incident - Support, Broken.
Change - Configuration State Change
Access - Permissions related request.
