How can I change the MaxArraySize value?

I wish to change the MaxArraySize value from the stock 1000. I have successfully changed /etc/slurm/slurm.conf on a deployed cluster, but this change disappears when I redeploy (as is expected.)

What's the correct way of doing this, preferably nicely and cleanly in the yaml file?

First of all we will be identifying the correct yaml file and then we can use the slurm_config_extra field to specify the MaArraySize setting and then after saving the changes to your yaml file redploy the cluster again.
