Wrong displaying when cluster number is zero

If the count of the cluster is 0, the map will show: 1 instead. We need to hide this 1 and pop up a message: no data found

To reproduce, please simply in put a nonexisting number, for example: {planter_id: 999999}

Great, @taystacksattack I think a problem if it is easy to reproduce/buide the case for this bug.

This is because the tile server doesn't return correct data
