improve AppBuilder

Improve the app builder to make it more flexible.  All changes need to be sure to apply to all renderers.

- Refactor common code out between renderers a bit better
- More options in the build process, such as `enable_live_reload` and `window_icon` decorations, fullscreen mode, etc.
- Recursive directory search for assets
