Currently, the "Add Job" form includes a Resume field and a Job Description, but there is no field for a Cover Letter.
Since cover letters are a standard part of most job applications, this omission makes it difficult to keep all application materials organized in one place. Moreover, cover letters are typically tailored for each company individually — they often include the hiring manager's name, the motivation for applying, and why the candidate is the right fit for the role.
I think a Cover Letter field should be added to the Add Job form as a textarea.
