Hi, I noticed that this repository doesn’t include a CODE_OF_CONDUCT.md file.
Since Dev_Profiles is an open-source project and part of Hacktoberfest, adding one would help define clear standards for communication and behavior within the community.

I’d like to create and submit a standard CODE_OF_CONDUCT.md based on the Contributor Covenant (v2.1), which is widely used across open-source projects.
