Description
User Story
As a Source Code Inventory manager, I want to review proposed and modified repositories and repository libraries so that I decide whether they are appropriate for inclusion in the inventory.
Acceptance Criteria
When a Source Code Inventory manager selects to adjudicate proposed repositories, a list of all proposed repositories and repository libraries and modifications to existing repositories and repository libraries is presented for the manager to browse. Each proposed change may be approved for inclusion in the inventory, rejected or commented to request additional information before a decision is made.
