need reset function upon serial connect to sync state #15
Description
The ascii boolean might not be synced if the haptic device was turned on before, etc.
We need a reset funtion, to be run after connect, to try to put the belt in a guaranteed known state
Probably hit enter a bunch, see what we get back and end up in ascii mode somehow since thats the belt normal state from power down to power up
