importaddress problem

hcctl --wallet importaddress 'address' false
get following message: -32601: Method not found

hcwallet command line, show log:
RPC method importaddress invoked by client 127.0.0.1:61649..

then, i try: hcctl --wallet getaccount 'address', get result:
-4: address not found in wallet

could someone tell me how can i import an 'watchonly' address and set it's 'account' or 'label' ?
or it was not supported???
