`npm run build` shows heap limit Allocation failed

command npm run build throws this error:

FATAL ERROR: Ineffective mark-compacts near heap limit Allocation failed - JavaScript heap out of memory

• Best solution will be no error with application running on local host

Please assign the issue to me, will try to resolve it asap
it’s probably because of a memory leak, an addition/version upgrade of a library, or a difference in how Node.js manages memory between versions (e.g. Node.js version <= 10 and Node.js version > 10).
