Different puzzles are presented across time zones

It appears that right now the local time zone is used to reference which puzzle to use. This causes two different puzzles to be used at the same time depending on location.

Hi, thanks for taking the time to open a pull request! Unfortunately, the behavior you've changed was an intentional design choice, meant to facilitate players who wish to play the game daily, as well as to be consistent with other similar daily-based games. But maybe others might find this a useful feature. So rather than merge this PR into the base project, and if you would like, I can leave the PR open indefinitely, so others can see it. You're also free to maintain your own fork :)
