System titlebar is not used

Describe the bug
System titlebars are not used / titlebar features are not supported.

To Reproduce

1. Open App.
2. Attempt to use titlebar feature (roll-up, stack on top, etc.)

Expected behavior
The system titlebar should be displayed, allowing titlebar-specific features to function. This also maintains system appearance consistency.

Issue still exists on latest version (0.9.3-beta)

Would an option in the settings to replace the in-app titlebar with the native titlebar handle your use case? The titlebar is implemented in-app right now, but I'm not sure if it's feasible to handle all of the various linux flavors in it.

Keep in mind that using the native titlebar will result in slightly different in-app behavior. (i.e theming, fullscreen/pinned mode)
