Only list a project's "active" health risks in country overview/light area overview under "reports for one health risk"

Summary
In country overview and light area overview, there is a table showing all reports for one health risk. When selecting the health risk from the drop-down menu, it would be useful if I could only choose the health risks which are relevant/active for my project, instead of seeing all health risks.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to https://dev.cbsrc.org/analytics/
2. Scroll down to 'Reports for one health risk'
3. Drop-down menu to "select health risk" shows all health risks registered in the global CBS project, not just those which are active for the project.
