[FEATURE][Schematic PDF] Add net highlighting option

KiCad 9 introduced the "Highlight netclass color" to the schematic. It would be nice to be able to plot the schematic PDF with that option.

This allows wires with a specific netclass color to be highlighted with a specific color, while still having the underlying wire color. This makes high-luminance colors like bright yellow usable as a netclass color

An in PDF_SCH_PrintOptions to set this highlighting option.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Currently I use low-brightness colors to keep the schematic readable, but that limits the number of colors

The problem with this is that the back-end for schematic print is kicad-cli, which doesn't support such a feature.

So you should push for such an addition in kicad-cli. When (if ever) implemented I'll be glad to add it to KiBot.
