update-readme forked repository의 PR 반영 안됨

github-action workflow 수행 중 update-readme 시점에 버그 발생

• 브랜치를 딴 경우, 문제 없이 잘 반영됨.
• but, fork를 딴 레포지토리의 경우 README에 업데이트 사항이 반영이 안되는 버그 발생

  • [error]Node run failed with exit code 1
