Custom titles not working / showing up

Ive had a look through the custom titles and have done everything correctly to my knowledge, i even made a new yaml file with my friendcode in the name but nothing is working, what can i do?

I either need a screenshot of your yaml, or an upload of the logs, otherwise I cannot resolve your issue. I've had thorough usage of the title system by both my testers and myself
