Text and Language Issue

1.The "Play online" and "Play local" text on the homepage, and some texts in the settings are not included in the language files, which makes them unable to be translated into other languages.

2.When the player types Chinese in the textbox, most of the text（and also punctuations）cannot be displayed, which makes it hard for Chinese players to communicate normally. Such a situation may also occur in other languages, not sure if this is an encoder problem?

Localizing the whole mod is an ongoing effort and is being rolled out in waves. Do not worry, this will not corrupt your lang-file as any localization changes just add new entries to the lang file. Additionally, I've fixed the text box to allow characters from all languages, I apologize for the inconveniences there.
