Hey,

I am trying to do some inference with your code. I think it will be better if you can:

1. Add a Dataset class for a general use case, like with options like 'ct''mri''2d''3d', instead of a separate Dataset for a specific dataset.
2. Add an inference.py for directly inference with the 'MedSAM2_pretrain.pth' weight without training.

I think reproducing friendly code will help to gain more citations.

Hello, I would like to ask a question regarding the released source code.
I noticed that the repository only contains code for training and validation, but I could not find a dedicated script for testing on the test set.

May I ask whether the evaluation code used to report the test results on BTCV (i.e., printing Dice scores for all 12 organs individually) and REFUGE was implemented separately by yourself? Or is it included in the released codebase but located elsewhere?
