Loss of formatting in ticket responses with Cartography enabled #78

Hello,

I'm using GLPI version 10.0.18 with the Cartography plugin installed.
At the same time, I'm also using the FormCreator plugin to create user tickets.

My problem is this: as soon as I activate the Cartography plugin, the formatting of ticket responses disappears (no more lists, line breaks, bold, italics, etc.).
When I deactivate this plugin, everything works normally again.

Do you have a solution or patch to resolve this compatibility issue?
