Ability to release from current branch

Problem

When we start release, we need to send strings for the translation and then wait for a while. During that time new features can be merged in develop, and we can't include it in the next release, because we don't have translations for it.

Solution

When we send strings to the translators, we create separate branch, that we will use for release after got translations.

So we need argument, that force alex to use current branch instead of develop.

The problem is not relevant because of the release pattern change. But making a release from another branch can still be useful theoretically, so I don't close/delete the issue.
